What is REACH?
REACH stands for Resources for Employee Assistance, Care, and Health. This program provides confidential support and resources for OpenMysteria employees experiencing mental health challenges, stress, burnout, or personal difficulties.

This form allows you to submit workplace concerns anonymously. Your identity will not be tracked or recorded. Use this to report workplace issues, suggest improvements, or voice concerns about company culture.
What happens after submission?
- Your complaint will be reviewed by HR and appropriate management
- Investigations will be conducted as needed while protecting anonymity
- Company-wide improvements may be implemented based on feedback
- No retaliation will occur as your identity cannot be traced
